The Foundation

Growing up I was constantly in and out of doorways. Always tinkering around, I was a curious, outdoor loving kid. I’ve stomped my feet and scraped my shoes on a lot of door mats over the years. It’s embarrassing to think of how many I’ve had to replace. 

 

There was shedding, moisture, tearing, and no matter what I did, I still found myself tracking stuff into the house. I was always looking for the ultimate door mat.

 

 Ultimats USA was created in 2017 on a simple, but very complicated mission—to design and manufacture the most functional, long-lasting, high-quality entry mat. It had to look good too!

 

The design process went through many, many iterations. In the end, I ended up with a mat that aggressively scrapes shoes and boots of sand, snow, dirt, salt and other outdoor contaminants. Our patent-pending designs feature raised surface cleaning nubs, underside channels and drainage ports, and optional nylon scrubbing brushes. Constructed using high quality raw materials, our entry mats are built to perform in whatever environment you choose to call home.
